Our exclusive process is unique to each building journey, and emphasis will always be placed towards your personal preferences and maximising the value of your site.
Following your personal discovery session, our design team will then work with you to commence the planning and design of your new home, ensuring your brief is utilised to generate all available opportunities surrounding your build. You will be presented with concept sketches, and our designers will guide you through the layout and flow of your home and make any enhancements suited to you. We can also provide 3D rendering so you can feel how your home will look and work around your lifestyle. Pricing estimates can also be provided along the way, to ensure you are comfortable with how your design is progressing.
Once you approve the final design of your new home, our team will then proceed with the required documents, including engineering plans, working drawings and relevant building permits in preparation for the next stage of your journey.
This is one of the most exciting stages of your custom build journey, and we take great joy in being able to provide endless fixtures and finishes for you to choose from in our exclusive selection studio.
Our own Interior Designers will guide you through a personalised selection process and assist with visualising your home selections both inside and out. Individual joinery and electrical selections will also be made with our specialist team, whilst your own Customer Service Assistant ensures all your selections are carefully documented. Once you are completely satisfied with your selections, your contract documents will be prepared for signing and our team will proceed with obtaining the relevant building permits to get you to site.
The construction stage of your journey will begin by meeting your personal Project Manager who will manage this stage from start to finish.
During construction, we’ll communicate with you regularly to ensure you know exactly what stage your home is at. You will also be invited onsite as we reach each major stage of construction to see the progress of your new home, as you start to see your vision come to life. Our quality assurance checks along every phase are extensive and ensure that realistic timelines are being met and adhered to.
